The S11-M series fully sealed oil-immersed power transformers offer advantages such as low loss, low noise, and high efficiency, achieving excellent energy savings and reducing pollution. Compared to ordinary oil-immersed transformers, the fully sealed transformer eliminates the oil conservator; changes in oil volume are automatically adjusted and compensated for by the elasticity of the corrugated sheets in the corrugated tank. The transformer oil is isolated from air, effectively preventing oil deterioration and insulation aging, thus enhancing operational reliability.
Product features:
The transformer core is constructed from stacked high-permeability, low-loss cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets. The small air gaps at the joints and staggered joints between layers significantly reduce no-load losses and no-load current, thus lowering noise levels.
The compact structure of the transformer body reduces radial forces during short circuits, providing strong resistance to sudden short circuits.
